CERTIFi is a smart, online compliance system designed by NZ electricians to save you time, save you money and make you more productive. We make compliance easy by enabling you to complete CSC, ESC and ROI forms on the go or at the office. You can upload notes and photos to each job so it’s all stored conveniently in one place. We store all your completed certificates for 7 years and you can retrieve and send them at the click of a button.
There are other compliance solutions in NZ but none of them can compete with the full CERTIFi solution. They don’t have an app that enables you to work on the go or share between team members, nor do they offer the ability to add additional notes and photos. We are also the only solution that stores your certificates for the required 7 year period.

CERTIFi was designed for electricians, by electricians. We know how complex the field of compliance can be and we dedicate our time to making sure that CERTIFi is fast, convenient, simple and 100% compliant with NZ regulation.
CERTIFi will work anywhere that you have a working internet connection, however it is only available in the NZ app store. The mobile app also works offline and once you are back in coverage, it will automatically update your account and you can then send any certificates to team members.
You don’t need anything fancy to use CERTIFi. It works with the most commonly available browsers including Internet Explorer 10 & 11, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
It operates on Android devices (4.0 or higher) and iPhone/iPad running iOS7 or iOS8.
If your email address is already registered with an existing account, you can just log in as normal. If you’ve forgotten your password we can send you a link to reset it. You are only entitled to one 30 day trial so if your trial period has ended, you will need to subscribe in order to use CERTIFi.
We offer one simple, flat monthly fee for unlimited certificates. It’s $19.95 per month, per registered electrician. Team administrators are free as long as they are attached to a registered electrical licence. They also have the ability to create draft certificates and assign them to electricians in your team.
Once you have added your payment details in your profile, your anniversary billing date is the date of the company owners registration. If you’re a team member, your billing date will be the company owners billing anniversary.
We use a secure payment system and we accept both Visa and Mastercard.
Our prices exclude GST and are billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and we will send you an invoice each month for your records.
If you have more than 30 registered electricians, please contact us to discuss your needs. For teams this size we can also customise your CERTIFi system to add additional functionality such as Health and Safety or Job Management.
We don’t tie our users into contracts. That means that you can cancel at any time and continue to use the app until the end of the month that you have paid for.
No, that is all included in your one, flat monthly subscription fee of $19.95 per month.
Nope, CERTIFi is an all-inclusive price. There won’t be any nasty surprises.
The short answer is all the time. We see it as our responsibility to ensure that your certificates are compliant so any time there is a change in legislation, we make sure we update our CERTIFi immediately.
